On-line Ticket Purchase Helpful Notes
- No Paper Tickets: We won’t mail you a ticket, but we’ll have a record of your on-line purchase at the Box Office. (It’s sometimes helpful if you have a printed copy of your confirmation.)
- Claiming Tickets: The Box Office and the theater open 30 minutes prior to the start of the show. Tickets not claimed at least 10 minutes prior to the start of the show may be released to people on the Waiting List.
- Refunds: While we can’t give you a refund, we’ll be do our best to exchange your tickets for another performance of the same show, or even for another show. Call the Box Office; you’ll be amazed at how co-operative we are!
