- Colorado Backstage's Spotlight Award, best actress in a comedy to Haley Johnson, for Sabrina Fair
- Colorado Backstage's Spotlight Award, Best supporting actress in a comedy to Linda Suttle, for Sabrina Fair
- The Frankenstein Experiment has won a Denver Post Ovation Award for "Special Accomplishments, '06" —

- Picasso at the Lapine Agile has won a Daily Camera Best of '06 award for "Funniest Portrayal of Famous People" — Theater Company of Lafayette just plain nailed playwright Steve Martin's mixture of smart and silly in its production of "Picasso at the Lapine Agile" — where Pablo Picasso (Matt Ellison), Albert Einstein (Patrick Collins) and Elvis Presley (Evan Marquez) meet for a night of profound revelry. This show, directed by Ian Gerber, was funnier and smarter than the professional production of the play I saw in Denver in 1998. — Mark Collins, Daily Camera
- Daily Camera's Best Actress in a Comedy to Sally Nell Clodfelter, for her role as Dawn in The Universal Language (from Time Flies) — "Clodfelter's character grew from a meek-as-a-mouse student to a self-possessed graduate, having mastered a strange new tongue, in 20 minutes. The way Clodfelter gingerly exposed her character's raw nerves was fascinating and funny, and most importantly, believable, from the first moment she entered the stage."
- Denver Post's Ovation Award for Best Supporting Actor, Drama to David C. Riley for his role as Biff in Death of a Salesman (a joint production with the Denver Repertory Theatre)
- Colorado Backstage's Spotlight Award, Lighting Design to Brian Miller, for Death of a Salesman
- Daily Camera's Best Actor in a Comedy, Honorable Mention to Patrick Collins, for his role as Don in The Universal Language (from Time Flies)
